Qualifications

Reiki

I have been practising Reiki since 2005. I completed a Level 1 Course for self-healing.

In 2014, I trained in Manchester under the guidance of Reiki Master Julie Brown.

When I moved back to Ireland in 2024, I knew I wanted to retrain and fully commit myself to the work. I did this under the guidance of the gorgeous Emma Crosbie at Wexford Reiki.

Sound Healing

I began my Sound Healing Training in February 2025 and graduated in October 2025 after nine transformational months.

I trained under the guidance of the beautiful and very talented Laura Murphy.

Aromatherapy

I trained in the theory of blending and applying essential oils online in London in 2014. A vested passion in all things natural drove this, and I have mixed oils since.

Crystal Healing

Using crystals allows me to tailor to specific needs —for example, choosing stones for grounding, calming, or energising.

Modern Energy Tapping

Energy Tapping provides people with the tools to help themselves with the struggles that have presented themselves.

I’m fully insured as a holistic practitioner and committed to working safely, responsibly, and in line with all legal requirements.
